Our lockers are available 365 days a year, 24 hours a day.
How do I rent a locker?
You can do this in two different ways:
Book online: choose the details of your reservation on our website and proceed by paying by credit card.
In a few seconds you should receive confirmation of whether you book by email!
Book directly at the luggage office: In a few minutes, you can book your locker using the touch screen, you just need to choose the details of your reservation and proceed to pay by credit card.
Within a few minutes, you will receive a confirmation email indicating your locker code.
Don’t lose it, you’ll need it to collect your luggage.
How do I collect my baggage?
At the time of your booking, you will receive a locker code by email.
Save it and enter the locker code on the touchscreen to reopen your locker and collect your luggage!
How long can a deposit last?
The lockers have a minimum deposit duration of 1 hour, while the maximum duration of a deposit is 7 days, if you need to extend more than 7 days, you can contact us by e-mail.
What happens if I don’t get back in time?
In
case of delay, it is very important that you notify us to block the locker by
WhatsApp 643041256 or by email info@costa-lockers.com,
since it is automatically reassigned once the reservation time has expired.
The
fee proportional to the time exceeded and a surcharge of €1.00 must be paid
through Bizum or bank transfer in advance to open the box office.

Can I modify or cancel my booking?

Of course! After you have stored your luggage, you can open your locker without interrupting your booking.
Is my luggage 100% safe?
Yes, we have 24-hour video surveillance.
Okay, but what happens in case of theft or damage?
Luggage is 100% safe, but in the unlikely event of theft or damage, luggage is insured.
The policy subscribed covers losses due to damage and/or theft for each bag (a police report must be filed).
This insurance does not cover the loss of money, jewellery, precious stones or metals, watches, plasma screens and in general technological objects (LCD, GPS navigators, mobile phones, computers, tablets), objects of art, antiques, memory cards or any other medium containing data or images.
Please note that your travel documents as well as personal documentation (passport, driver’s license, etc.), are kept at your own risk and responsibility
What can I enter into my locker?
You can bring all the pieces of luggage that fit inside the rented locker, with the exception of prohibited items. Remember that at CostaLockers you pay per rented locker, not per bag, so you can insert the bags that fit in your locker.
What is forbidden to keep in the locker?
To ensure the safety of our lockers, the introduction of the following items is prohibited:
-All objects whose mere possession or trafficking is illicit (drugs, stolen objects, pornographic material or material that is degrading to human beings)
-Objects whose possession requires a license, without such license or authorization also being deposited.
-Any type of material that is polluting or dangerous (flammable objects or hazardous substances)
-Animals of all kinds or any other kind of living being.
-Food may not be placed in the lockers, except for packaged food that cannot spill, stain the locker or produce odors of any kind.
Can I use the locker for someone else to pick up what I have deposited or for collection of goods sold?
No, it is forbidden to deposit goods that a third party allows to be collected. Lockers must not be used as a means of trafficking goods between parties.
