These terms and conditions regulate the contracting of CostaLockers lockers through the website Www.costa-lockers.com (the *Website*) as well as your use. Likewise, these conditions regulate the contractual relationship between CostaLockers (owner of the lockers) and the User who hires the locker service. 

 

THE SERVICE 

 

CostaLockers offer to its Users the possibility of renting any of their lockers for periods of calendar hours and days (within the hours offered by CostaLockers).

CostaLockers reserves the right to interrupt access to the Website from time to time in the event that it is necessary to perform maintenance work for any time necessary, making their best efforts so that the interruption has the minimum duration and the least impact on Users.

CONSEQUENCES AND LIABILITY OF THE USER IN THE EVENT OF NON-COMPLIANCE WITH ITS OBLIGATIONS 

 

The User shall maintain indemnify CostaLockers for damages arising from the breach of its obligations arising from this contract. 

 

Failure to comply with the deadline rent

Unless the User proceeds personally upon collection of the packages, CostaLockers will manage the shipment of the packages to the User, upon payment of the service to CostaLockers by the User. In particular if applicable, the User must pay CostaLockers €25 per bag, in case that the shipment must be made within the national territory and €50 per package, in case the shipment must be made outside Spain. The delivery is will be understood to have occurred from the moment CostaLockers delivers the packages to the carrier, CostaLockers not assuming any risk for the transport of the Packages. 

 

The return will be made once once CostaLockers has received payment by the User of the amounts accrued for the delivery of the goods (according to the number of packages and the destination) in accordance with the regulations in the previous paragraph. The User expressly accepts that CostaLockers proceeds to the collection of the amounts established in this section using the card or means of payment of the User when contracting the service. 

 

OBLIGATIONS OF COSTALOCKERS 

 

CostaLockers is obliged to keep the locker service active and make available to the User, During the contracted time, the locker or lockers that the employee has contracted User in good working order.
